UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance. You will lead workgroups, set high standards for productivity and accuracy, and cultivate strong cross-functional relations across the organization.

The role emphasizes training, compliance with safety policies, and continuous improvement while managing departmental resources for optimal output in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience managing teams and driving productivity and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures employees receive orientation, training, materials, and regular evaluations.
