Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, productivity, and attendance in a fast-paced facility. You will lead training, develop staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with employees, management, and customers, managing resources for maximum output, and promoting a collaborative, proactive work environment. Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation and ongoing training with proper materials and coaching.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies.
