Job summary

Deckers Brands in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Midwest Distribution Center. You will guide warehouse associates, manage staffing and scheduling, and partner with leadership to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, monitoring KPIs like UPH and inventory accuracy, using WMS/WCS to optimize workflow, and driving continuous improvement through Lean principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience leading hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of WMS (HighJump preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
• Maintain staffing levels by managing attendance, scheduling, labor allocation, cross-training, and overtime.
• Direct daily warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, productivity goals.
• Utilize WMS/WCS to monitor workflow, prioritize work, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs including UPH, order accuracy, productivity, labor utilization, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead safety observations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean principles and root cause analysis.
