Job summary

Scholastic is hiring Part Time Seasonal Warehouse Associates in Strongsville, OH. Shift from 7am to 3:30pm with on-site interviews available. Duties include packing, scanning, inventory, and assisting in book fair production to support scholastic events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Strong team player and able to get along with co-workers.
• Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math, and ability to read English documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of book fairs by packing cases and displays according to procedures and standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components for cases, boxes, and displays.
• Meet minimum production, accuracy, or quality standards.
• Ensure outbound materials are clean, safe, and in good condition.
• Assist in processing returns and replenishment of inventory.
• Learn scanner proficiency for item inquiries and replenishment requests.
• Assist in picking and packing customer reorders.
• Maintain neat, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in seasonal inventory resets and QA scanning.
