Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. You will set performance standards and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment across all levels of the organization.

This role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to safety policies, and efficient use of resources. A bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred, with flexibility to work up to five days a week in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Provides leadership and fosters cross-functional collaboration across levels of the organization.
• Develops relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implements employee development plans and ensures timely training and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and government requirements.
