Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead warehouse teams, oversee safety, training, and productivity. You will establish standards for accuracy, customer service, and cooperation across departments, and drive continual improvement through coaching and development plans.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a Bachelor-level degree or international equivalent, and prior management experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Experience in management preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to optimize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure growth of personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials, and evaluations are provided to staff.
