UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, training, development, and productivity of warehouse teams. The role focuses on maintaining high standards for accuracy, customer service, and safety while nurturing teamwork and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership experience, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced setting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with MS Office proficiency and flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and leadership experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week and varied shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
• Facilitates orientation, coaching, and ongoing employee development.
• Ensures compliance with department, station, corporate, and local regulations.
• Manages department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
