Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Operations Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supervises and trains workgroups, drives performance standards, and fosters teamwork across departments to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication skills, and prior supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
