UPS is seeking a supervisory role to lead safety, production, and attendance in a dynamic warehouse setting. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service while fostering a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes leadership across all levels, with a focus on continuous improvement, coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures in a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, complying with department, station, corporate and local requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation and training for all employees, with ongoing coaching.
• Ensures safety policies are consistently followed.
