Job summary

Christmas Light Decorators (CLD) is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, shipping and receiving, product staging, and facilities. You will lead a team of 8–10 associates and partner with Field Operations, Production and Scheduling to keep operations safe, accurate and efficient.

This role is seasonal, with peak activity from October through January, and requires 3+ years managing a 20,000+ sq ft warehouse, plus proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a 20,000+ sq ft warehouse with inventory control and workflow optimization.
• Experience leading 8–10 warehouse employees with delegation and accountability.
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team.
• Flexibility to work peak-season extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Spanish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and safety.
• Lead staging, shipping/receiving, and material flow.
• Coordinate with Field Operations, Production, and Scheduling.
• Hire, train, and develop 8–10 Warehouse Associates.
• Maintain fleet, equipment, and facilities readiness.
• Improve warehouse processes for peak-season readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and training.
