Job summary

Holiday Outdoor Decor is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, inventory control, refurbishment activities, and staff coordination. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient workflow, and a safe, organized warehouse environment, especially during high-volume seasonal periods.

The position requires 2+ years in warehouse or operations, forklift experience, and flexible hours to meet seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; Sage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading, storage, and product movement.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and updates in systems.
• Oversee refurbishment of holiday decor, ensuring quality, labeling, and tracking accuracy.
• Print and manage work orders, pull tickets, installation copies, and warehouse documents.
• Maintain and update warehouse and installation data sheets.
• Support scheduling and coordination of service calls and warehouse projects.
• Assist Warehouse Manager in directing staff and assigning daily tasks.
• Train and support warehouse employees on procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Communicate with operations and sales to ensure accurate inventory and job information.

Job Summary
