Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Operations Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance initiatives within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups while upholding high standards of accuracy, customer service, teamwork, and safety.

The role emphasizes strong communication, resource management, and continuous improvement across departments, with a focus on coaching and promoting professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
