Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and lead workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Foster relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and government requirements.
• Manage department resources for maximum output and accuracy.
