Job summary

Alabama Outdoors is seeking a dependable Warehouse Helper/Assistant to join our team for the busy Q4 season. This full-time, seasonal role starts in the warehouse and keeps products moving from receipt to shelf at local stores.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, unloading and staging inventory, packing and preparing orders, and helping deliver to stores on a set route. The role requires stamina and teamwork; training is provided for equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow instructions and operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming product shipments, verify counts and check for damage.
• Unload, sort, and stage inventory in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments and store transfers.
• Load and deliver product to local Alabama Outdoors stores on a set route.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
• Support other warehouse and logistics tasks, especially during peak season.
