Job summary

Fragrance.com is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support the Distribution Center during peak holiday season in Reno, NV. You will perform daily pick, pack, and shipping tasks using handheld devices and warehouse robots.

This temporary assignment runs from November 2026 through mid-to-late December 2026, with a flexible schedule including overtime and weekend shifts. Previous warehouse experience is preferred; safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and accurately match item numbers, SKUs, and location labels.
• Able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Physically able to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20+ lbs.
• Work in varying or extreme temperatures.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, extended shifts, night shifts, and weekends during peak season.
• Available to start in November and complete by end of December.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve products from shelves by item number using handheld devices and robots.
• Stage items correctly in the boxes for delivery.
• Pack warehouse orders to meet daily shipping targets.
• Prepare packed orders for shipment, including filling boxes and stacking/wrapping pallets.
• Assemble shipping boxes to support pick and pack operations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Report damaged, mislabeled, or missing product to a lead or supervisor.
