Job summary

Sephora is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate for our Las Vegas Distribution Center. The role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping Sephora orders to stores and online customers, following established SOPs and safety rules.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with potential shift differential. The job requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating RF terminals and the WMS. Work includes Friday–Sunday shifts with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu driven applications.
• Familiarity of warehouse layout or the ability to learn layout.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick and replenish product in the warehouse.
• Ability to pack product using preferred methods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers following SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA requirements to ensure safe working practices.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and proper work attire.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and flexible shift schedule.
