Job summary

Sephora in Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for the 1st Shift. You will safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship products using standard procedures, with cross-training across departments.

The role requires operating RF terminals, knowledge of WMS processes, basic math, and teamwork. Starting pay is $18.00/hr, with possible shift differential; full-time scheduling Mon–Thu 5:00 am–3:30 pm plus OT.

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS picking procedures or menu-driven warehouse software.
• Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in matching numbers.
• Willingness to cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to both retail stores and on-line customers following established procedures.
• Follow safety rules and wear appropriate safety gear; report safety violations.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and proper attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for shifts and overtime.
• Respond to direction from shifts coordinators and management.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
