Job summary

Sephora operates a Las Vegas distribution center seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders for stores and online customers. You will follow SOPs, participate in safety programs, and cross-train across receiving, picking, packing and shipping roles.

The role reports to the Distribution Center team, with a Mon–Thu 4:00 pm–2:30 am shift plus overtime. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential shift differential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with warehouse management systems and picking procedures.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish stock.
• Demonstrate basic math skills and counting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack and ship Sephora orders for stores and online.
• Follow safety rules, report violations, and wear proper PPE.
• Maintain attendance and support various warehouse tasks as needed.
