Job summary

Target is hiring for Seasonal Warehouse Associate roles at our Albany, OR facility. The positions offer hourly pay starting around $22.25 with ranges up to $24.75 per hour, plus a shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 based on eligibility.

Roles also include Warehouse Worker/Associate tracks, safety trainings, and opportunities to grow pay with tenure. You will pack, load, ship, and process merchandise while maintaining a clean work area and collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
• Able to use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
