Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Worker for a day shift (5:00AM - 3:30PM). You will accurately pick, pack, and ship products, use RF terminals, and maintain inventory with attention to safety and quality.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required for entry-level candidates. You will learn and perform duties across multiple warehouse functions, collaborate with teammates, and support timely order fulfillment while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping functions.
• Determine product destination by scanning packages, reading labels, verifying numbers, and sorting accordingly.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Keep accurate records and reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
• Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
• May operate warehouse and computer equipment as required.
• Work safely and efficiently at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
