The Warehouse Associate is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities within an assigned area of a distribution facility. This role requires demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity-driven environment. The associate will proficiently perform distribution-related activities such as order filling, shipping, and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution functions including checking, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and sorting, based on business needs.
• Operate equipment like pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment through proper housekeeping and safety practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution process.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (internet navigation, document handling).
• Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and manipulate equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability preferred.
• One year of related experience is preferred.

Additional Information
