Qualifications

• 4+ years of creative experience in advertising agencies or in-house creative teams.
• Online portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction, and design skills.
• Proficiency with industry design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task.
• Excellent verbal, written, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Create on-brand digital design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements.
• Create best-in-class layouts and visuals that support business objectives with marketing teams.
• Present work to team and stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.
• Ensure design requirements are met per product/project guidelines.
• Source key art and design product and promotional graphics.
• Optimize digital images for web, mobile, big screen and other devices.
• Follow and apply graphic templates and style guides.
• Help ensure quality control while coordinating with marketing and vendors.
• Fulfill multiple project requests and meet tight deadlines.
• Illustrate strong design methods, communication, and presentation skills.
