Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store environment and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring to the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including safety awareness.
