Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold/obtain a NH Commercial Boating License and become CPR/AED certified.
• Experience in an academic institution preferred.
• Experience working with adolescents in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize practice sessions with the Head Coach.
• Provide direction and motivation for athletes.
• Keep updated on sports rules and techniques.
• Adjust coaching techniques based on athletes' strengths.
• Instruct on sports rules and game strategies.
• Evaluate athletes' skills and potential.
• Represent the sports program professionally.
• Transport athletes to games.
