Job summary
The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Breakfast Server to join our upscale club. Breakfast service begins at 7am and lunch ends at 3pm; the season runs primarily from October through May to cover our club’s busiest period.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of serving experience in a high-end environment, strong wine knowledge, and a polished presence. Experience with proper wine service and the ability to build member relationships is required, with Thursday
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private club.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits with ability to discuss selections confidently.
- Experience with proper wine service including presenting, opening, and serving wine to upscale standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve in an upscale, luxury dining environment and deliver attentive, personalized service.
- Create a welcoming start to members’ day and build relationships with guests.
- Maintain elevated service standards and dining etiquette; accommodate specialty requests.
- Thursday and Saturday evening availability is required.
