Job summary

Winnisquam Marine in New Hampshire is seeking part-time or seasonal Transportation Drivers to move boats between the marina, storage, and customer ramps during our busy winter storage and spring launch seasons.

The role offers flexible schedules (5 days per week or 2–3 days), with work during Sep–Nov and May–Jun, and is well-suited for retirees or others on rotating schedules seeking extra hours; CDL not required, safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Experience towing trailers preferred.
• Safe Boating Certificate preferred.
• CDL is not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Background check required.
• Drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Transport boats ranging from 16 to 26 feet.
• Pick up boats from customers and local boat ramps.
• Transport boats between marina and storage locations.
• Assist with launching and retrieving boats when needed.
• Safely tow boats and trailers using company vehicles.

Part-Time / Seasonal Boat Transportation Driver

Winnisquam Marine is looking for a fewpart-time or seasonal Transportation Driversto join our team during our busy winter storage and spring launch seasons.

We are looking for help during:

• September through November
• May through June

Schedules can be flexible depending on availability. This position could be5 days per weekduring our busy seasons or2–3 days per week.

This is a great opportunity forretired individuals, firefighters, police officers, first responders, or anyone who works a rotating schedule such as three 12-hour shifts per weekand is looking for additional work.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for transporting boats ranging from approximately16 to 26 feet, including:

• Picking up boats from customers and local boat ramps
• Transporting boats between marina and storage locations
• Assisting with launching and retrieving boats when needed
• Safely towing boats and trailers using company vehicles

Experience towing trailers is preferred. Knowledge of launching and operating boats is also a plus.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, self-motivated, and works well as part of a team.
