Job summary

Park City is hiring for a Seasonal Building Maintenance II to perform skilled labor and complex duties at Public Works facilities, transit shelters, and bus stops. Responsibilities include cleaning interiors of buses, fueling, topping off fluids, and snow removal. This is a seasonal position with hourly pay of $25.00–$30.00.

Applicants should have custodial experience, a valid driver’s license, and building maintenance background; CDL/First Aid certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of custodial experience.
• 1 year experience in building maintenance repair.

Responsibilities

• Actively maintains cleanliness of bus garages, shelters, stops, and storage areas; uses floor sweeper and related equipment.
• Performs janitorial duties: emptying trash, washing windows, carpet cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping floors.
• Provides seasonal maintenance: snow removal, painting, signage installation/removal, power washing.
• Makes minor repairs and preventive maintenance on signage, shelters, chargers, and bus stops; fuels buses and tops off fluids.
