Job summary

Mattel, Inc. and Subsidiaries is seeking energetic seasonal Team Associates to support major retailers during the holiday season.

You will partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel's presence, working a minimum of 15 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with merchandising, product placements, store fixtures, and special projects while maintaining brand standards and a positive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Merchandising, retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Flexible, adaptable mindset and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn new skills with a safety-first mentality.
• Tech-savvy (smartphone, apps).

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
• Collaborate with lead Mattel Representative on prime product placements.
• Partner on monthly scheduling with lead Mattel Representative.
• Unpack cases of various Mattel toys.
• Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor.
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Implement point of purchase materials.
• Execute special projects including store events.
• Administrative tasks including time entry, meetings, trainings, and email.
