Mattel is seeking a Seasonal Team Associate to help grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers during the holiday season. The role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week and involves merchandising, fast-paced environments, and driving results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week; occasional weekends.
• Smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access Mattel.okta for time entries, email and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher-Price at major retailers.
• Unpack cases and merchandise products on the floor.
• Set up and deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
• Collaborate with lead Mattel Representative on scheduling and product placement.
• Handle time entry, meetings, trainings, and emails.
