Job summary

Mattel is seeking Seasonal Team Associates to support in-store execution at major retailers during the holiday season. You will be a brand ambassador, unpack cases, merchandise products, and collaborate with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to secure prime placements and help with monthly scheduling.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and can work at least 15 hours per week. Access to a reliable internet, transportation, and a smartphone is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Merchandising, retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable internet, transportation and a smartphone are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
• Unpack cases and merchandise products on the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures, shelves and racking.
• Collaborate with the Mattel Representative on product placements and scheduling.
• Assist with store events and administrative tasks as needed.
