Qualifications

• Merchandising, retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Tech-savvy with smartphone and apps.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador for Mattel and Fisher-Price brands.
• Collaborate with the Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements.
• Schedule planning with the lead Mattel Representative.
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise the sales floor.
• Organize product on shelves and assist with fixtures and displays.
• Assist with store events and special projects.
• Complete administrative tasks including time entry and trainings.
