Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Part-time availability; minimum 15 hours per week
• Must have reliable internet and transportation to stores
• Must have access to a smartphone/computer and Chrome Browser to access Mattel.okta/time entries
• Reside within roughly 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Mattel/Fisher-Price brands
• Collaborate with the Mattel Representative to secure premier product placements
• Assist with monthly scheduling and unpacking of toy cases
• Merchandise and organize products on the sales floor
• Assist with store fixtures construction/deconstruction
• Implement point‑of‑purchase materials and support store events
• Complete administrative tasks including time entry and meetings
