Job summary

A local baseball organization in Springdale is seeking a Ticket Sales & Service Seasonal Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience in ticket sales and customer service, coordinating sponsorships, and managing gameday operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be flexible with work hours, including nights and weekends. This is a paid internship at $11 per hour, available from mid-February to mid-September.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on supervising Guest Services during gamedays.
• Coordinate gameday sponsorship activations.
• Manage ticketing functions using Tickets.com ProVenue system.
• Be the liaison between group sales staff and Food Service Provider.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting niche nights.
• Make outbound sales calls to group sales prospects.
• Perform outreach to increase ticket package revenue.
