Job summary

Homestead-Miami Speedway is hiring for Ticket Office Event Staff. This part-time seasonal role provides customer service, upsell opportunities, and order processing via telephone, mail, and walk-ups.

The position requires a minimum 18 years of age, the ability to work outdoors in variable weather, and a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include selling parking passes, processing payments, and guiding guests with event information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• 1–2 years event staffing or ticket sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selling parking passes to walk-up customers.
• Process cash and credit card payments.
• Serve as a staff member in the ticket booth.
• Develop knowledge of track pricing, policies, and event information.
• Direct vehicle traffic flow to proper areas.
• Assist guests with directions and parking information.
• Handle will-call requests at the ticket office.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
