Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is hiring a retail associate to create memorable shopping experiences in-store. You will help customers select footwear and apparel, share product knowledge, and support store operations to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. US candidates only. Full- or part-time positions available depending on store needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
