Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a friendly in-store associate to deliver exceptional service, help customers select footwear and outfits, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule, weekend availability, and a passion for our brands. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, uphold store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.

• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
