Job summary

Best Buy in Utah is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll learn our offerings and confidently suggest solutions to meet individual needs.

You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, complete cashier duties, and keep the floor stocked and organized. This role also supports in-store pickups and curbside orders.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
