Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store and help customers select the right tech products and services. You will receive training to confidently recommend solutions that meet individual needs and you will support customers throughout their shopping experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, demonstrating products, handling transactions, and assisting with pickup orders while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
