Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time, seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, confidently recommending tech solutions and helping customers find what they need. You’ll gain product knowledge through training and work across departments to meet diverse customer needs.

You’ll engage customers with a friendly approach, perform product demos, handle cashier duties, and participate in ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
