Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services that fit their needs. You’ll learn our offerings and confidently guide shoppers across departments.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, giving product demos, completing cashier duties, and assisting with pickups while maintaining store cleanliness and up-to-date knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
