Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Installation Helper for seasonal assignments. The role involves accompanying seasoned Agents to customers' homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronics. You’ll advise on product placement and work solo or with a partner.

You’ll support inventory, paperwork, and payments, and may participate in in-store repairs and training. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with a team).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Provide seamless client experience by advising on product placement and making recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payment.
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
