Job summary

Best Buy is hiring for a Geek Squad Installation Helper to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of consumer electronics at customer homes. You’ll support the team by coordinating product placement, managing inventory, and handling paperwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires independence or pairing with a teammate, with opportunities to train store teams and participate in in-store repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs alone or 150 lbs with a team (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payment.
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
