Job summary

Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, offering convenience, dining and retail options. As a Team Member, you will deliver exceptional customer service, help with cleaning and stocking, process payments at the POS, and assist in preparing and serving food to Travelers.

This non-exempt, seasonal role offers flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, follow cash handling policies.
• Follow food safety and labeling procedures, including wrapping, dating, stocking, and rotating products.
• Prepare, thaw, cook, package, wrap and clean kitchen items as needed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
