Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. Their personalities set us apart from the competition. Oh, and our bagels – let’s not forget about those!

What’s a day in the life of a Team Member?
Our Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in. We are looking for brand ambassadors excited to promote the company by creating positive guest experiences. Our teams take pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and by maintaining a safe and clean store environment. What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am depending on the location) and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is a plus but not required
• Work schedules may vary based on operational needs
• Employment contingent on business needs and performance
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours. These can be accommodated with or without reasonable adjustments.
