UPS is hiring a Seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. The role supervises, trains, and develops workgroups, maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety. The incumbent builds relationships across the organization and fosters continuous improvement.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience

Formación

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to lead and train workgroups effectively.
• Experience implementing safety policies in a warehouse setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred; management experience is a plus.
