UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead and develop workgroups across safety, production, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will train both new and existing staff, enforce safety policy, and optimize resources to boost output and accuracy. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, as is prior management experience. This seasonal role offers opportunities for growth while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to document and report
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred; Management experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
