You will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete and accurate returns, and assist with growth and client retention while supporting IRS notice responses. The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, CPA/EA certification preferred, and experience with individual, trust and partnership returns; strong

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
