H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Tax Professional in Indiana to serve clients with diverse tax needs, backed by an experienced team and comprehensive training that builds confidence year after year.

You will conduct tax interviews face-to-face or through virtual tools, prepare complete and accurate returns, and assist in generating new business by boosting client retention and cross‑selling services, all while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced franchise office.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
