H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax Professional who will work with clients with diverse tax needs. You will complete complex returns and provide excellent training support to ensure successful tax outcomes.

This role emphasizes client relationships and growth through tax planning and audit support. The position involves conducting both face-to-face and virtual tax interviews, preparing accurate returns, and mentoring teammates within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
