In this role, you’ll build lasting client relationships, expand services, and mentor teammates while delivering compliant tax solutions in a fast-paced environment using virtual tools or in-person consultations.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support

• Experience completing individual returns
